Virtual Veterinary Consultations

Telemedicine appointments are available for remote evaluation. The consultation is designed to quickly fit into your schedule, while still receiving professional care. We can offer timely support while ensuring your horse receives in person care whenever it is medically indicated.

What To Expect

Telemedicine is not a replacement for an in-person exam. It is designed as a supplement to in-person veterinary care. If a physical exam is needed, we will recommend a farm visit.
Telemedicine appointments are conducted virtually and billed at $100.
If it is determined that an in-person examination is necessary, the telemedicine fee will be applied toward the farm call and physical exam.
Clients may be asked to provide photos and videos of the horse, a current temperature, and a detailed medical history prior to the appointment.
A doctor will review the case prior to consultation.
Following the appointment, clients will receive a detailed medical record outlining findings, recommendations, treatment plans, and clear management guidelines.

Your name and contact address
Horse name, breed, and age
Clear video of the horse (movement, affected area, or concern)
Recent photos if applicable
Current rectal temperature
Brief but detailed medical history
Current medications and supplements
Timeline of the concern (when it started and any changes)

Having this information available allows us to provide the most accurate and helpful guidance during your consultation.
